Before Your Trip

Yes, obtaining a hunting license is mandatory in most locations. It’s crucial to research the hunting regulations and acquire the necessary permits before your trip.

Hunting packages vary but typically include accommodations, meals, guide services, transportation during the hunt, and sometimes trophy preparation. Clarify with your outfitter what’s included in your package.

In most instances, non-hunting companions are welcomed to join for an additional fee. They can enjoy activities like wildlife viewing, hiking, or simply relaxing at the lodge while you’re out hunting.

Lodging can range from rustic cabins to luxurious lodges, depending on the hunt, location and your wishes. Ensure you understand the accommodation options and any amenities provided.

Depending on the type of hunt and terrain, certain physical abilities may be necessary. It’s essential to discuss any concerns or limitations with us beforehand.

During Your Trip

Your guide will provide a safety briefing, including firearm handling, safe shooting zones, and emergency procedures. Always follow their instructions and prioritize safety.

The duration of hunts can vary based on factors like game availability and weather conditions. Typically, expect hunts to last 2-3 days per trophy. 

Follow your guide’s instructions for approaching and taking a shot at game. They’ll provide guidance on ethical hunting practices and selecting appropriate targets.

We offer a variety of game species to hunt, all unique to each destination. Discuss your preferences with us, and we’ll tailor the hunt to your interests and skill level.

We will handle the whole process from first field preparation to final mount and shipment of your trophy. 

Follow all safety protocols and handle firearms responsibly. Ensure your firearm is properly maintained and securely stored when not in use.

Respect all wildlife encounters and observe from a safe distance. Your guide will advise on appropriate actions based on the situation.

Yes, capturing memories with photographs is encouraged. However, ensure photography doesn’t interfere with the hunting experience or compromise safety.

After Your Trip

In most cases, you cannot transport game meat back home as regulations and/or restrictions on transporting certain species or crossing international borders makes this a complicated matter. We do always try to bring back game meat to the lodge were you will be staying and we will do our best to arrange a meal cooked with the harvested game meat.

We can recommend reputable taxidermists if you wish to mount trophies. If you wish, we’ll handle the entire process of shipping or transporting the trophies to your desired location.

We appreciate all feedback to improve our services. We encourage all our guests to provide us with any feedback you might find apropriate. 

Gratuities for guides and lodge staff are customary and in some destinations mandatory. Consider the level of service provided and your overall satisfaction when determining appropriate gratuity amounts. Always consult us when in doubt. 

Research the firearm transportation regulations for both your departure and arrival locations. Ensure firearms are properly secured and declared according to airline and customs regulations.
